Happy China Palmyra: Reviews & Ratings
The food at Happy China is consistently excellent and ready very quickly. The vegetables are perfectly cooked, the meat tender, and there's a good balance of flavors in every dish. The orange beef and Singapore mei fun are extra special standouts.
Been here many times food has never let me down.. such a little unexpected treasure. Thanks
Absolutely fantastic food and service. I especially love the Lo Mein noodles with beef made spicy. Crabragoon crispy and delicious inside. Always fresh. Highly recommend this place. We have been going here for years and will continue. 5 stars all the way around.
There may be bigger Chinese restaurants, but none better. Fresh and delicious every time at reasonable prices. We'll worth the drive.
I eat a garlic chicken lunch here, pretty well every week. Great food and under 10 too.
This little Palmyra secret I just found was sooo good! I'm not sure how I missed it since they've been open for 20 years. The food was super fresh and steaming hot like I like it and the General Tso's chicken wafted this spicy sauce and aroma that was a real treat. Still trying out and finding new places since we moved here a year ago. So much to try here. Chinese family owned and operated it was nice seeing them all happily enjoying the food themselves and very friendly and happy. The quantity for the price was awesome made 3 meals. I had to eat more than i wanted just to get the lid to fit. One dish combo for 11.50 had pork fried rice - was ok - but the 2 crab Rangoon wow. Homemade from scratch savory crab and lots of cream cheese. But the best part was the crispy but soft puffy scratch made dough. Oh so good! I'm going again. Now I'm hungry lol
Food was great both fiance and I loved what we got. It was definitely more traditional than you’re going to get from a buffet! Place was a little hard to find but workers were sweet and the place was very clean.
Delicious. Been years since I had cream cheese wontons done in a triangle, and chicken teriyaki was done how it should be. Again, been a long time since I had American Chinese like this. I'm from MN, live in Adam's County in IL and go to Hannibal for my Chinese food but the bridge was closed so Palmyra was closer. I won't touch the Chinese food in Quincy.
